I forgot to add a Batch 13 purchase. What do I do?
You may be able to recover points or redeem rewards you should have earned for a purchase. Members who do not present their Lagniappe Club membership card at the time of purchase may request point credit by submitting an original receipt and Lagniappe Club member via email to [email protected].

Rewards can be redeemed at any of Al Copeland Family of Restaurants: Batch 13 Biscuits & Bowls, Cheesecake Bistro by Copeland’s and Copeland’s of New Orleans.
For the $20 birthday reward you must visit any participating location twice within the twelve months prior to your birthday.
For the $40 birthday reward you must visit any participating location six times within twelve months prior to your birthday.
