Step #3 Join Movie Rewards: You’ll have the option of joining Movie Rewards. You can also link your existing account.

When will I see my Cinemark Rewards Credited to my account?
Loyalty points or benefits will usually appear in your Movie Rewards account within 2 days.
I forgot to add a Cinemark purchase. What do I do?
You may be able to recover points or redeem rewards you should have earned for a purchase. Contact Cinemark within 30 days of the date that the points were or should have been issued. Please note that you may be required to submit receipts to support your claim and it is not guaranteed that points will be added back as requested.

What are the Movie Rewards Rules?
With SoLoyal you can automatically track your Cinemark account, including your rewards balance, rewards or points expiration, current status and what is needed to reach your next reward as a member of the Movie Rewards loyalty program.
As part of their membership program, Cinemark provides no achievable loyalty rewards. Member benefits are separate from membership rewards and are always able to be earned or redeemed based on your activity.
Movie Rewards awards its members 2 status levels. It has 7 benefits that you’ll be able to utilize during your membership.
Your reward of free concessions includes one free large popcorn and one drink refill per visit, and this must be redeemed on the same day of your purchase.
Member pricing on additional regular 2D movie tickets applies for the member and one companion throughout each month.
