With SoLoyal you can automatically track your Ace Hardware account, including your rewards balance, rewards or points expiration, current status and what is needed to reach your next reward as a member of the Ace Rewards loyalty program.

As part of their membership program, Ace Hardware provides 1 achievable loyalty reward. Member benefits are separate from membership rewards and are always able to be earned or redeemed based on your activity.

Ace Rewards awards its members no status levels. It has 3 benefits that you’ll be able to utilize during your membership.

Rewards are valid for one transaction only. They cannot be redeemed for rental, in-store services, Ace gift cards, city stickers and trash bags, lumber and building materials, liquor, tobacco, firearms, fuel, payment on an account, or previously purchased merchandise.

If your purchase total is less than the Rewards value, the remaining Rewards amount is forfeited.

If you return merchandise that was purchased in whole or in part with one or more Rewards, the Rewards will be forfeited.

At the end of every calendar month, rewards will be visible on the checkout page of Ace's website when placing an order. You may select as many available rewards as you would like to apply.

You will earn a $5 reward for every 2,500 points you have in your account. Any remaining points will remain in your account and carry over to the next month.

In addition to rewards being visible online, a hard copy of your rewards will also be mailed to the mailing address associated with your account.
