As part of their membership program, Cold Stone Creamery provides 1 achievable loyalty reward. Member benefits are separate from membership rewards and are always able to be earned or redeemed based on your activity.

My Cold Stone Club awards its members no status levels. It has 6 benefits that you’ll be able to utilize during your membership.

In order to earn points, be sure to enter your phone number into the terminal at checkout before paying.

Nearly all purchases qualify for points, from Signature Creations to Cakes.

Points are earned if you use a gift card as tender, but are not earned if you purchase a gift card.

Points are not earned for gratuities, coupons, discounts or receipt adjustments.

Enter your phone number at checkout in-store, and if a reward is available the terminal will prompt you to redeem it. You will also receive an email informing you that a reward was loaded to your account.

Please note that you can only redeem one offer or reward per transaction and that rewards can only be used on in-store transactions of $5 or more.

Your birthday BOGO will be loaded to your rewards account 7 days prior to your birthday. It will expire 7 days after your birthday.
