About Dave and Buster's Rewards
While it's always fun to go out to a restaurant, it's even better to experience fun and excitement, and that's exactly what you'll get at Dave & Buster's. Offering a full-scale entertainment experience, as well as a restaurant, you'll never have a dull moment here because at D&B you can eat and play all day. With more than a hundred locations, you'll be able to cruise in here pretty easily. And with a stellar rewards program, Dave and Buster's Rewards, you'll save a ton. Please note that this loyalty program typically works for all your purchases at Dave and Buster's, but some exceptions may apply.
Loyalty points or benefits will usually appear in your Dave and Buster's Rewards account within 2 days.
You may be able to recover points or redeem rewards you should have earned for a purchase. Rewards purchases may be credited from the Dave & Buster’s website by clicking the Rewards tab and logging into your rewards account. The request form is located at the bottom of the page. You must provide an image/picture of the check that shows the check number and dollar amount. Requests without an image will not be credited. A limit of 3 requests per Member, per calendar year will be considered for rewards points that where not recorded at the time of qualifying purchases.

As part of their membership program, Dave and Buster's provides 1 achievable loyalty reward. Member benefits are separate from membership rewards and are always able to be earned or redeemed based on your activity.
Dave and Buster's Rewards awards its members no status levels. It has 4 benefits that you’ll be able to utilize during your membership.
If you purchase at the front desk or through any Dave & Buster's employee, you must ask the employee to add your purchase to your Rewards account and you must present your registered Power Card.
If you purchase game play through the automated Charging Station kiosk, the points are automatically added to your Rewards account.
