Loyalty points or benefits will usually appear in your Staples Rewards account within 62 days.
I forgot to add a Staples purchase. What do I do?
You may be able to recover points or redeem rewards you should have earned for a purchase. Contact Staples with the 17-digit receipt barcode number from the store receipt or order number, and your Staples Rewards account number.

What are the Staples Rewards Rules?
With SoLoyal you can automatically track your Staples account, including your rewards balance, rewards or points expiration, current status and what is needed to reach your next reward as a member of the Staples Rewards loyalty program.
As part of their membership program, Staples provides no achievable loyalty rewards. Member benefits are separate from membership rewards and are always able to be earned or redeemed based on your activity.
Staples Rewards awards its members 2 status levels. It has 4 benefits that you’ll be able to utilize during your membership.
A reward of $2 back on recycled ink and toner cartridges is available on up to 10 cartridges per month (20 per month for Premier members) and requires a $30 minimum ink & toner spend within 180 days.
Next-day delivery requires that your order be submitted by 5 pm local time. It excludes weekends and holidays and is applicable to eligible items only.
