With over eleven hundred locations, Ulta is a massive provider of cosmetics, fragrances and beauty products. With an amazing selection of items as well as beauty services and events, Ulta has always taken care of its loyal patrons and has also done so in style. Their rewards program, Ultamate Rewards, has been responsible for doling out the savings, offering special membership benefits and perks with every visit to this beautification super center. We'll break it all down here.

Status Levels

There are 3 status levels in Ulta Rewards called Member, Platinum, and Diamond, and each of these status levels comes with increasingly valuable perks. When you earn a status level at Ulta Beauty, you'll maintain it throughout the current calendar year, and all throughout the next calendar year as well.

Member Level

As soon as you join Ulta Rewards, you'll start earning 1 point for every dollar spent. You'll also qualify for bonus points opportunities and special savings events from time to time. For your birthday, you'll earn double points all month long and you'll get a free gift. Note that points earned at the Member Level will expire after 12 months, at the end of the quarter in which they were earned. This means you'll have 12-15 months before your points expire, depending on when they were earned.

Platinum Level

You will reach the Ulta Rewards Platinum level when you spend $500 at Ulta Beauty in a single calendar year. Platinum Members get all the benefits that first-tier Members get, except you'll now earn 1.25 per dollar spent. Your Birthday Rewards will be increased as well, adding a $10 coupon on top of the double points and free gift. With this status level you'll also start to see some exclusive deals, early access to sales and events, and special gifts from time to time. In addition, points earned at this level and above do not expire.

Diamond Level

When you spend at least $1,200 in a single year in Ulta Rewards, you'll be elevated to Diamond status. Diamond members get all the benefits of the previous levels, plus a special gift for reaching this top-tier status. You'll also get a $25 reward to be used toward services at Ulta Beauty, and Free Shipping on orders of $25 or more.

Rewards

Once you've earned enough points, you'll have your choice of discounts to be used on rewards and services. You can redeem a $3 discount with 100 points, an $8 discount with 250 points, a $17.50 discount with 500 points, or a $30 discount with 750 points. If you've earned 1,000 points you can get a $50 discount, while 2,000 points gets you a discount of $125.
