As part of their membership program, Harry & David provides no achievable loyalty reward. Member benefits are separate from membership rewards and are always able to be earned or redeemed based on your activity.

Celebrations Passport awards its members no status levels. It has 3 benefits that you’ll be able to utilize during your membership.

For online orders, you must be signed-in as a registered Member of the Passport Program to utilize the online benefits.

For phone orders, you will be required to provide your account details.

The Passport Program is only for online and phone orders. It can not be utilized for orders placed at retail stores.

Your paid Membership fee is fully refundable during the first 30-days of your initial enrollment and during the first 30-days of any annual Membership renewal, provided that your Membership benefits have not been utilized. After the 30-day period your annual Membership fee is non-refundable.

Your paid membership in the Passport Program is valid for the term you selected and is automatically renewed at the end of the Program Term. It will be billed to any eligible payment method on file, including the payment method used on your most recent purchase.
