As part of their membership program, J. Crew provides 1 achievable loyalty reward. Member benefits are separate from membership rewards and are always able to be earned or redeemed based on your activity.

J. Crew Rewards awards its members no status levels. It has 3 benefits that you’ll be able to utilize during your membership.

Any purchase made at a J.Crew, J.Crew Factory or J.Crew Mercantile store or at jcrew.com or jcrewfactory.com in the U.S. is eligible to earn points.

Points are eligible to be earned on merchandise purchases as well as on services like alterations and monogramming.

The total points earned on a purchase equals the amount spent after promotional offers, but before taxes and shipping charges are applied.

If you buy a gift card, that counts for points, but if you redeem a gift card on a purchase, no points will be added to your account for the amount of that purchase.

To earn points, simply provide the store associate with the email address linked to your J. Crew Rewards account at checkout. For online order, simply log into your J. Crew Rewards account before making a purchase.

If you return an item, the total return amount will be deducted as points from your J.Crew Rewards account.

Please note that rewards may only be redeemed once. In the event of a return of merchandise purchased using a reward, the reward will be forfeited.
