With SoLoyal you can automatically track your Jamba Juice account, including your rewards balance, rewards or points expiration, current status and what is needed to reach your next reward as a member of the My Jamba Rewards loyalty program.

As part of their membership program, Jamba Juice provides 1 achievable loyalty reward. Member benefits are separate from membership rewards and are always able to be earned or redeemed based on your activity.

My Jamba Rewards awards its members no status levels. It has 5 benefits that you’ll be able to utilize during your membership.

Points are earned when a gift card is redeemed, but not when it is purchased or reloaded.

Please note that not all Jamba stores are able to honor Jamba Rewards points. Some nontraditional stores — like those in malls, airports/train stations and colleges/universities may not be able to redeem your points

The Birthday Smoothie reward applies only to My Jamba Rewards members who have spent $15 or more in Jamba orders that are associated with their rewards account. It will be issued 2 weeks prior to your birthday.

The Anniversary Offer is only valid for consumers who have visited Jamba locations three or more times in the prior 6 months.

To redeem online, you’ll see a list of any available Rewards on the check-out screen. Just select the reward you’d like to redeem before clicking “next.”

When you place your order, ask your Jamba team member to redeem your chosen reward.

Please note that you can only use one reward per transaction. You must wait at least 4 hours between transactions in order to redeem another reward.
