With SoLoyal you can automatically track your Marcus Theatres account, including your rewards balance, rewards or points expiration, current status and what is needed to reach your next reward as a member of the Magical Movie Rewards loyalty program.

As part of their membership program, Marcus Theatres provides 1 achievable loyalty reward. Member benefits are separate from membership rewards and are always able to be earned or redeemed based on your activity.

Magical Movie Rewards awards its members no status levels. It has 8 benefits that you’ll be able to utilize during your membership.

In order to earn points, provide your Magical Movie Rewards account number whenever you purchase tickets or food and beverages.

You may earn a maximum of two hundred (200) points per qualifying purchase and one thousand (1,000) Points per day.

Points are not earned for the purchase of gift cards, Silver, Diamond or Platinum Tickets. The points for these items are earned when they are used to make a ticket or food/beverage purchase. The one exception is that a $100 Marcus Theatres Gift Card will earn twenty-five (25) bonus points

Points are not eligible for group sales.

In order to redeem rewards in-person, just mention that you would like to use the rewards on your account to the cashier when you present your Magical Movie Rewards card during the transaction. Please note that you must have a physical or virtual membership card to redeem in person. You can find your virtual card in your Magical Movie Rewards account on the Marcus Theatres website.

To redeem rewards online, during your ticket order be sure to check the “I am a Magical Movie Rewards member” box at the bottom of the Purchase Information page. After you enter your rewards card number and last name, click continue. Select the pay button shown below your Magical Movie Rewards card number. If there is still a balance after your Rewards dollars are applied to the order, you can then select the gift card or credit card options.
