This convenience store and gas station brand was welcomed to the Giant Eagle family in 2018, and since then its customers have delighted in participating in the fuelperks+ program at all of its more than 50 locations, primarily located in Indiana. Already a popular place to gas up and grab some treats for the road, customers can now rack up the rewards at Ricker's in addition to Giant Eagle, GetGo and Market District.
fuelperks+ Transition
Beginning on January 25, 2024, the Giant Eagle family of brands is revamping its loyalty program, merging the fuelperks+ and myPerks programs into an all-new myPerks Loyalty Program. You'll still be able to take advantage of familiar rewards like Free Gas and up to 20% off groceries, and any existing fuelperks that were previously earned will convert to “perks” in your new myPerks account. This new program gives customers a choice between dollar rewards or percentage discounts, enabling you to choose how and when you redeem your rewards. The move comes after feedback from both customers and employees which helped the brand create a new and improved loyalty program that ensures customers won't lose out on savings.Recent Updates
There's a new promotion being launched for myPerks members, just in time for the holiday season. As a registered myPerks loyalty program member, you'll have the option of redeeming 100 perks in exchange for 10 cents off a gallon of gas, up to a maximum of 30 gallons. If you'd rather redeem at the supermarket, you can knock 20% off your groceries for 150 perks. Just 50 perks will get you $1 off any purchase, giving you many new redemption possibilities.Please note that this loyalty program typically works for all your purchases at Ricker's, but some exceptions may apply.

When will I see my Ricker's Rewards Credited to my account?
Loyalty points or benefits will usually appear in your myPerks account within 2 days.
I forgot to add a Ricker's purchase. What do I do?
You may be able to recover points or redeem rewards you should have earned for a purchase. If you still have your receipt, please contact the GetGo Customer Care department at 1-800-553-2324 with your receipt information. They may be able to assign the proper points amount to your account.

What are the myPerks Rules?
With SoLoyal you can automatically track your Ricker's account, including your rewards balance, rewards or points expiration, current status and what is needed to reach your next reward as a member of the myPerks loyalty program.
As part of their membership program, Ricker's provides 4 achievable loyalty rewards. Member benefits are separate from membership rewards and are always able to be earned or redeemed based on your activity.
myPerks awards its members no status levels. It has 8 benefits that you’ll be able to utilize during your membership.
Your 1 point per $1 spent on groceries or gift cards applies at Giant Eagle, Market District and GetGo (including Curbside Express orders).
Rewards accumulated beyond the limits for a single purchase may be used for future purchases.
Rewards may be used in addition to any discounts available for using AdvantagePay™, if you are registered for the AdvantagePay program.
You will not earn perks on purchases for which you are redeeming rewards. However, if you redeem rewards for free GetGo food or drink items, you will earn perks for any other items you buy as part of that purchase.
Bonus perks earned during a redemption transaction will still be earned.
Gift card purchases will earn perks.
If you forget to use your coupons at the time of purchase, and coupons have not expired, they will be accepted up to 10 days beyond the date on the receipt.
You can choose to redeem your perks for up to 20% off a single grocery purchase, up to 30 free gallons in a gas purchase for a single vehicle, or free food at GetGo.
