When will I see my Smashburger Rewards Credited to my account?
Loyalty points or benefits will usually appear in your SmashClub Rewards account within 2 days.
I forgot to add a Smashburger purchase. What do I do?
You may be able to recover points or redeem rewards you should have earned for a purchase. Please fill out the Missed Visit Code form within your account on the Smashburger website. You must have your receipt and requests may be submitted up to 1 month after purchase. A credit may take up to 30 days to be applied to your account.

What are the SmashClub Rewards Rules?
With SoLoyal you can automatically track your Smashburger account, including your rewards balance, rewards or points expiration, current status and what is needed to reach your next reward as a member of the SmashClub Rewards loyalty program.
As part of their membership program, Smashburger provides 6 achievable loyalty rewards. Member benefits are separate from membership rewards and are always able to be earned or redeemed based on your activity.
SmashClub Rewards awards its members 3 status levels. It has 7 benefits that you’ll be able to utilize during your membership.
Gold level features a point redemption value that is up to 10% higher than the points redemption value in Silver level, depending on the reward redeemed.
Platinum level features a point redemption value that is up to 20% higher than the points redemption value in Silver level, depending on the reward redeemed.
Gold and Platinum Status are achieved based on 3 things: points earned, amount spent, & visits to store.
Gold status requires earning between 1,000-4,999 points, a $100 annual spend and 5 store visits per year.
Platinum status requires earning at least 5,000 points, a $500 annual spend and 5 store visits per year.
Online and delivery orders may not count toward points earned. Contact Smashburger for details.
