Torrid has a fantastic loyalty program called Torrid Rewards where you'll earn points toward a recurring reward voucher. You'll get 1 point for every $1 you spend, with your reward amount ranging from $10-$20 based on your status level in the program. This comes in addition to many other perks and we'll cover them all here.

Status Levels

There are 3 status levels in Torrid Rewards called Insider, Loyalist, and VIP, and each of these status levels comes with increasingly valuable perks. When you earn a status level at Torrid you'll have it for 1 calendar year at which point your annual spending threshold will be reset.

Insider Level

As soon as you join Torrid Rewards, you'll start earning 1 point for every dollar spent and you'll get a $10 reward voucher when you hit 250 points. This means you'll be earning an overall 4% back in rewards. In addition, you'll get $25 in Torrid Cash for every $50 you spend, which can be directly redeemed on your Torrid purchases. You'll also get a special gift on your birthday.

Loyalist Level

You will reach the Torrid Loyalist level when you spend $500 at Torrid in a single calendar year. Loyalist Members get all the benefits that Insider Members get, except you'll now earn a $15 reward when you hit 250 points. This increases your overall rewards-earning to 6%. You'll also get the benefit of a dedicated customer service line and Free Standard Shipping when you reach Loyalist status.

VIP Level

When you spend at least $1,000 in a single year at Torrid, you'll be elevated to VIP status and your 250-point reward will increase to $250. That means you'll be earning 8% back in rewards. VIP members get all the benefits of the previous levels, plus Free Returns and access to exclusive events. In addition, you'll have a chance at being selected for Iconic Perks, which rewards you for your feedback and opinions and gives you first looks at the latest Torrid styles and experiences. You'll also get the opportunity to do social media partnerships with Torrid and to take advantage of exclusive perks and invites.

Expiration

Your Torrid points expire if your account slips into a period of inactivity for 13 consecutive months. To avoid this, make sure you make at least one purchase or redeem at least one reward at Torrid within this period. Rewards typically expire 45 days after they're issued to you. If you've got your Torrid account linked to SoLoyal, you'll be notified in advance of any points or rewards expirations.
