Those members who purchase more than others get better rewards, so it pays to keep visiting your favorite Zaxby's location. Every purchase you make has the potential to earn you rewards, so eat up!

Free Chicken Sandwich

The best benefit of Zaxby's Rewards is that you'll get a Free Signature Chicken Sandwich after joining. You can use SoLoyal to become a member, and you'll see your free sandwich in your account within 72 hours after enrolling.

Birthday Reward

If you have your birthday filled out within your Zaxby's account, you will most likely get a Birthday Reward from Zaxby's each year. SoLoyal can help make sure your account is updated with your date of birth in order to ensure that you'll receive any available annual birthday reward.

Can I earn rewards on third party orders?

Nope, only orders placed directly with Zaxby's can earn you rewards. If you're ordering on 3rd party services like Uber Eats or DoorDash, you won't earn rewards on those purchases.

How to Redeem

As soon as you have earned a reward from Zaxby's, just show your server your QR code. This can happen either within the restaurant or at the drive through. If you're ordering online, just make sure you're logged into your account so that your reward can be applied as soon as you add the applicable item to your cart. Please note that you can only redeem one reward per order.

Rewards Expiration

Each Zaxby's reward comes with an expiration date that is between 14-30 days from the date of issue. If you don't want to redeem a reward on a particular purchase, you can change your account settings so that Zaxby's won't automatically apply the reward, but this does not actually freeze the reward's expiration date.
