With SoLoyal you can automatically track your Dunkin Donuts account, including your rewards balance, rewards or points expiration, current status and what is needed to reach your next reward as a member of the DD Perks loyalty program.

As part of their membership program, Dunkin Donuts provides no achievable loyalty rewards. Member benefits are separate from membership rewards and are always able to be earned or redeemed based on your activity.

DD Perks awards its members no status levels. It has 2 benefits that you’ll be able to utilize during your membership.

To earn points at a participating Dunkin’ location, you must pay with either an enrolled DD Card or scan your Loyalty ID via the Dunkin App and pay with cash or a credit/debit card.

To enroll a DD Card, you can create one in the Dunkin’ app or pick one up in store and add it to your account on the Dunkin' website. If you have an existing DD card you can also link it to your Dunkin' account online.

Please note that if you do not provide birthday information you will not receive birthday offers.

If you have a balance on an enrolled DD Card, payment will automatically default to the DD Card for in-store orders.

If there is no DD Card balance, you may pay with another form of payment in store once you have scanned your Loyalty ID.

For On the Go orders you may select any form of non-cash payment.

If you used a Dunkin' card prior to enrolling and then associated that card with your DD Perks account, points will be earned on Qualified Purchases made in the 30 days prior to enrolling that card.

To redeem your reward coupon, log into your account on the Dunkin' website and click on the “My Perks” tab.
