That's exactly what the BJ's rewards program, Premier Rewards Plus, is there for. Please note that this loyalty program typically works for all your purchases at BJ's, but some exceptions may apply.

Loyalty points or benefits will usually appear in your Premier Rewards Plus account within 3 days.

You may be able to recover points or redeem rewards you should have earned for a purchase. Within 30 days following the transaction, go to the “Add My Points” option on the BJ's website and input the receipt number and other required information.
