Founded in the 80s, Express really hit its stride over the past couple of decades, when young professionals sought to dress it up on a reasonable budget. Express soon came to dominate the brick and mortar world, particularly malls, where their clean-cut and dashing manicans donned business casual wear that always makes a nice impression. If you're looking to be in the know and earn rewards at Express, consider their loyalty program Insider, which helps you rack up the rewards at Express online or any of their nearly 600 retail stores. Express Insider has 3 status levels (Insider, Influencer, and A-List) which come with different membership benefits. We'll break them down for you here.

Insider Status Level

When you first join the program you'll be considered an Insider. You'll then start earning 10 points per $1 spent at Express. Each time you reach 1,250 points you'll earn a $5 reward, which means you'll get 4% back in rewards on all your purchases.

Influencer Status Level

You'll reach Influencer status when you reach 2,500 points. You'll then start earning 15 points per $1 spent, which gets you to your 1,250 points faster. The $5 reward you earn now represents 6% back in rewards.

A-List Status Level

A-List status is reserved for members who have earned more than 10,000 points at Express. You'll now get 20 points per $1 spent, to be redeemed for a $15 reward when you reach 3,750 points, which increases your overall rewards-earning percentage to 8%.

Program-Wide Benefits

In addition to the status level-specific perks, all members get a Birthday Gift of $5, $10, or $40, depending on your status level. You'll also qualify for receiptless returns as soon as you become a member. Members also get personalized quizzes, access to workshops and panels, access to sales and offers, and invitations to events.

Points & Rewards Expiration

Your Express Insider points will expire 12 months after they are earned. Rewards vouchers expire 60 days from when they were issued. If your Express account is linked to SoLoyal, you'll be notified in advance of any points or rewards expirations.

Missing Points

If you don't see your Rewards Dollars posted to your account, you can contact Express Insider support at 1-888-397-1980 within 30 days of your purchase and they will help you track down your missing points. Just make sure you have the receipt relating to the points in question.
