How Express Insider Works

You can join Express Insider for free, and you don't need to apply for the Express Credit Card to do so. As a non-credit card member you can level up through the program's 3 status levels, each of which increases your points-earning potential and, ultimately, the percentage back you get in rewards. For example, entry-level Insider members get 10 points per dollar, which translates to 4% back in rewards. Influencer members get 15 points per dollar, which is equal to 6% back in rewards, while A-List members get 20 points per dollar (8% back).

With the Comenity Credit Card

Once you open a Comenity Express Credit Card, you'll start seeing the benefits immediately. Whereas non-credit card members get receiptless returns, Express Insider members with the Comenity Credit Card get Free Shipping and Returns on all purchases. This benefit starts from the moment you open your credit card, regardless of your status level.

In addition, when you reach 2,500 points and become an Influencer member, you'll earn 20 points per dollar with the Express Credit Card instead of 15. This means you'll earn 8% back in rewards instead of 6%. Once you hit 10,000 points you'll become an A-List member and you'll earn 25 points per dollar instead of the 20 you would normally earn without the Comenity Express Credit Card. You'll then be earning 10% back on your purchases instead of the usual 8% for A-List members.
