Join Saladworks Rewards for FREE!

In November 2020, Saladworks announced the rollout of their updated loyalty program Saladworks Rewards, which was launched in conjunction with the release of the new Saladworks App. Saladworks Rewards members will receive one point for every dollar spent at participating Saladworks locations. You'll also be able to earn bonus points by participating in activities like logging in with Facebook or successfully referring your friends to become Saladworks Rewards members.

What are the status levels?

There are 3 status levels in the program, Entry Level, Gold, and Platinum. As soon as you join, you'll be an entry-level member and you can graduate to the Gold level after you've earned 101 points. When you hit 401 points, you'll be a Platinum member. Each level enables you to earn points quicker, with special bonuses coming your way at every 100 points. Your status level is valid for the remainder of the year in which you earned it, plus the entire next calendar year.

Entry Level (0-100 Points)

You'll earn a $3 reward at every 100 points, plus special in-store offers. This equates to 3% back in rewards.

Gold Level (101-400 Points)

You'll get all the benefits of entry-level membership, plus an extra $1 ($4 total) every time you hit 100 points. This equates to 4% back in rewards. On your birthday you can expect a Free Birthday Cookie.

Platinum Level (401+ Points)

Platinum members get all the benefits of the lower levels, plus surprises like free drinks, Saladworks swag, and a Free Birthday Salad. Your points-earning percentage increases to 5% because you'll earn a $5 reward for every 100 points earned as a Platinum member.

Redeeming Rewards

When a reward is achieved, you will receive an e-mail and/or push notification. To utilize your reward, go to the website or app and click to redeem. You'll then have two hours to use it on the Saladworks app or 24 hours to use it on the website, after which it will be returned to your account.

Do my points expire?

Your Saladworks points will expire, but only if your account goes inactive for 6 months. You can prevent this by simply making at least one purchase within that time frame. If your account does fall into activity, you'll lose your points but you will maintain your status level for another year after your points expire.
