On top of that, the ratings for the Whole Foods at 808 Massachusetts Ave got 4.3 stars on its customer satisfaction rating, while the Stop and Shop on the same street received just 3.8. Not only is that a full 5 notches lower, but it's also lower on average than most Stop and Shop locations in other areas. For this reason we've concluded that the Arlington Stop and Shop needs a bit of improvement in terms of its overall customer experience.
