Staten Island Stop and Shop

Stop and Shop has 5 great locations on Staten Island which, considering its size, makes it one of the highest-density clusters operated by the supermarket chain. There are two locations in the northern area, with the three others being located in the southern district. Each location offers a fantastic selection of produce and packaged goods, and you can find special deals in Stop and Shop's Weekly Circular. Depending on which location you choose, you'll have a slightly different experience. So read on to find which Staten Island Stop and Shop works best for you.

What's the best Staten Island Stop and Shop?

When it comes to Staten Island Stop and Shop stores, we prefer the 1441 Richmond Ave over the one at 2795 Richmond Ave simply because it seems to have a more bright and airy feel. It's not that there's anything wrong with the Stop and Shop at 1441 Richmond Ave, it's just that the service is better elsewhere. For example, the 2795 Richmond Ave store gets consistently good reviews, maintaining a 4.2 star rating among shoppers. This is a pretty good indicator that its your best choice. As for the other 3 locations at 1351 Forest Ave, 2754 Hylan Blvd, and 4343 Amboy Rd, these also make for a pleasant shopping experience. We can't find any particular faults here, so if you're in the vicinity of these locations, definitely go for it.

Weekly Circular Deals at the Staten Island Stop and Shop

We're always on the lookout for the weekly flyer from Stop and Shop because you can usually find great some deals. No one can turn down a Buy 1, Get 1 Free deal, and we found this offered on a box of Entenmann's cookies. We chose a box of Little Bites chocolate chip-flavored muffins at $5.49 and got a box of the Little Bites cake-flavored muffins for Free. Not a bad pickup!

Final thoughts about Staten Island Stop and Shop

Whether you're visiting Stop and Shop's location at 1441 Richmond Ave or another grocery store in New York, you'll definitely find a fantastic selection of grocery items.
