How to Earn Points

In March 2022, the Victoria's Secret Comenity Credit Card was updated with a new points-earning system. You'll earn 10 points per $1 spent at Victoria's Secret, including 3x points (30 points per dollar) on Bra Purchases. In addition, you'll get 4 points per $1 spent on dining, travel, and streaming services, plus 2 points per $1 spent everywhere else.

How to Redeem

Each time you reach 2,000 points, you'll get a $10 rewards voucher to be used at Victoria's Secret. This certificate will appear in your Victoria's Secret account and it will also appear in your SoLoyal dashboard if your accounts are linked. All of the Victoria's Secret Comenity Credit Card status levels earn a $10 reward when you reach 2,000 points (5% back in rewards), but Gold members get there faster by earning 15 points per dollar instead of 10. This means that Gold Members effectively get 7.5% back in rewards instead of 5%.

Points & Rewards Expiration

Your Victoria's Secret points will expire 12 months after they're posted, and your rewards vouchers will expire 90 days after you receive them. If your Comenity Victoria's Secret rewards account is linked to SoLoyal, you'll be notified in advance of any points or rewards expirations.

Missing Points

Points can take up to 45 days to appear in your account. If you don't see your points posted to your account within 45 days, you can contact Comenity Victoria's Secret support at 1-800-695-9478 or 1-844-271-2596 (for Visa cardholders) and they will help you track down your missing points. Just make sure you have the receipt relating to the points in question.

Status Levels

The Victoria's Secret Credit Card by Comenity has 3 status levels (Cardmember, Silver, and Gold), each of which offers increasingly valuable benefits to members. When you enter the program, you'll be at the Cardmember level, which requires no minimum spend. When you spend at least $250 per year at Victoria's Secret you'll be elevated to Silver status, and you'll reach Gold when you spend $500 per year.

$30 Signup Bonus: When you first open a card, you'll get a $30 bonus gift if you spend $500 outside of Victoria's Secret within 90 days.

Free Shipping on $50+: Shipping is free for Victoria's Secret members who spend at least $50 on an order.

Perk of the Month: Each month, Victoria's Secret will send you exclusive offers, invitations to special events, or early access to sales. These perks are available only for Comenity Credit Card holders.

Birthday Gift: As a member of the Victoria's Secret loyalty program, you'll get a $10 gift each year on your birthday. When you reach Gold status, this gift will increase to $15.

Half-Birthday Gift: Once you reach Silver level and higher, you'll get a gift on your half-birthday. Silver Victoria's Secret members get a $10 half-birthday gift while Gold members will get $15.

Membership Anniversary Gift: Silver Victoria's Secret members get 15% off each year on their membership anniversary. Once you reach Gold status, this increases to 20% off annually.

How to Pay Your Bill

It's best to pay your bill in a Victoria's Secret store or online on the Victoria's Secret Comenity Website. You can pay by phone at 1-800-695-9478 (or call 1-844-271-2596 for the Mastercard), but this is not recommended since there is an additional $9 fee on phone payments.
