Since it was founded in 2012, Zoetis has become synonymous with animal health. Featuring a robust suite of products for the pets of animal lovers, the company operates a loyalty program called Zoetis Petcare Rewards, which is designed to help you save on pet care at your local vet. In addition to valuable cash rewards, members score Monthly Giveaways and Surprise Surveys, which can help you earn even more.

How it Works

As long as you submit your purchase to Zoetis, you'll earn points on every purchase of an eligible Zoetis product. The amount of points you earn varies based on the purchase, and they can eventually be redeemed for products or services at your veterinarian. Redemptions start at just 100 points, which equates to $10 in rewards.

How to Submit Purchases

In order to earn points for your purchases, you'll need to submit proof of purchase to Zoetis. This can be done via a digital submission of your invoice via the Zoetis website, which takes about 10 days to process. You can also opt to submit your invoice via an online form that can be faxed or mailed in, but this process can take up to 6 weeks. In either case, once your invoice is received, Zoetis will reach out to you in order to confirm that your submission is processing.

How to Earn Points

You'll earn 10 points per $1 spent, with the number of points you earn depending on the price of the product you purchase. Here are some examples of how many points you can earn by purchasing Zoetis products.

How to Redeem

Once you reach 100 points as a Zoetis Petcare Rewards member, you can redeem it for $10 in rewards value that can be transferred to a Zoetis Petcare Rewards Mastercard. Anything over 100 points can also be redeemed, so for example if you have 630 points, you can transfer $63 to your card.

Alternatively, you can also choose to donate your points to Pups4Patriots, a charity for shelter dogs that help assist veterans with PTSD. If you choose to donate the points, you can do so in increments of 10, 30, or 50 points. Or you can donate all of your points in one shot.

When do I get my card?

If this is your first time cashing out at Zoetis, your Mastercard will arrive in the mail within about 3 weeks. Once you receive it, you can continue reloading it each time you have at least 100 points to cash out.

Where can I use my card?

Your Zoetis Petcare Rewards Mastercard can only be used for products and services at veterinary practices.

Points & Rewards Card Expiration

Zoetis Petcare Rewards Points expire after 15 months of account inactivity. Zoetis Petcare Rewards Mastercards are valid for 3 years, after which your balance will be lost.

Zoetis Rebate Center

Though people often confuse one for the other, Zoetis Petcare Rewards is different than the Zoetis Rebate Center. Although both programs offer you the chance to be compensated for patronizing Zoeis, Petcare Rewards is the consuming-facing program while the Rebate Center is intended for owners of commercial livestock.
