What is Carhartt's return policy?
Carhartt allows you to return merchandise within 180 days of the date of purchase, provided that it's in the same condition in which it was received. This means it has to have the original product tags attached and it must be undamaged. If your return is accepted, your refund will be credited to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days after Carhartt receives your return. Please note that any shipping charges you paid on your order are non-refundable.

How to return your Carhartt order?
Carhartt makes it simple to initiate a return. Here's how it works:
Step 1) Visit Carhartt's USA or Canada website to initiate a return.
Step 2) Enter your order number and the email address you used when ordering. You will get a return slip and shipping label.
Step 3) Make sure to put the printout of your return slip inside the box with your item. You should also include the original packing slip that you got when you received the item. If you don't have it, just add a note with your name, order number, address, phone number, and a brief explanation of why you're returning the item.
Step 4) Affix the return label to the outside of the box and send back your item.
Carhartt does not allow product exchanges. If you want to change out something you bought for something else, you'll have to return your product and purchase a new one.
